returns policies
We
advise all our artist members that UK
Distance Selling Regulations require a minimum 7 working
day returns-policy.
All
artists at ZeroOneArt sell their art independently to us.
ZeroOneArt
is not involved in sales and artists sell commission-free,
therefore please see individual artist galleries for full
details of their own individual sales procedures and returns-policies.
(Check the purchasing info link in each
artist's gallery or contact the artist by the email link
provided in each gallery).
The
distance selling money-back guarantee in most cases will
require that the artwork be returned in the same condition
it was received and that the buyer must pay for the return
postage (and packing if applicable). P&P costs are usually
not refundable.
Please
contact the indivdual artist directly for any queries related
to this subject and full details of their own returns policy.
If
you do have a problem after receiving artwork please do
not delay in contacting the artist.
Please
note that work specially commissioned as a one-off may not
be covered by the same regulations.
