Helen Garner - England
I have been creating art since I was old enough to hold a paintbrush. I paint mostly for pleasure and relaxation but have also done some commissioned work. I like to experiment with a variety of media and styles and I am always keen to try out new techniques.

Claire Gibson - UK
The artist enjoys creating pieces to suit any home or office interior to fit with a theme, from realism to abstract and willingly accepts commissions. Alternatively, her favourite personal artworks can be bought from the artist's page.....come and visit!

Stephanie Granshaw - UK
I draw much of my inspiration from spirituality, music, dance, nature, love and anything that evokes a positive emotion within me. I love vibrant colour and the healing effect it can have on the human spirit.

Sukhpal Grewal - UK
I am a UK based artist of Asian origin. The work you will see is my effort towards acknowledging and celebrating my background. I have been painting for over 20 years and my inspiration has come from my life experiences and the various influences that have shaped my thoughts and vision.

Paul Griggs - UK
Inspired by natures light, and keeping my art very tonal, I strive every day to create paintings that are easy on the eye, whilst hopefully still having that 'Wow' factor.

ZeroOneArt Artist of the Month - March 2007
Catherine Hadler - UK

My paintings are based on a self portrait design, and are inspired by my emotions and reactions to events and feelings. My style has also been influenced by Australian aboriginal techniques.

Maryse Hahad - United Kingdom
I am a new artist, originated from France and I live in the South west of England for a long time now. I started to draw less than a year ago, I have never learnt to draw. I draw by impulses and I enjoy it- I paint every style but I prefer the abstract one with life in the colors.

Richard Halford - Spain
I consider all my abstracts to be self-portraits. I would like those looking at a painting of mine to feel somehow better, to feel the stillness and peace that lies just beneath the surface of everyday existence.

Jeannette Harrison - United Kingdom
I have a love of gardening, light, colour, sunrise and sunsets. My garden is a beautiful place for which I have many prizes.

Carrie Harvey - UK
I paint when I am inspired by strong emotion. A tutor at the Slade once described my work as evocative of Chaim Soutine - the twentieth century artist. Having learned my trade through years of painting intense watercolour minatures of flowers, I use mainly oils and charcoal. My work has been exhibited and sold successfully in London and beyond for over five years.

Emma Helborough - UK
I mainly work in acrylics and oil pastels on canvas, but I'm also interested in textile art. I produce pieces made from vintage fabrics and buttons.
My subjects are quite varied, covering still life, abstract, figures and landscapes.

Teresa Hodges - UK
I now live in Hampshire, where the countryside is a constant source of inspiration to me. In some of my paintings I try to show the natural patterns and colours to be found in the natural landscape, while others show aspects of country life.

Chris Howe - UK
Chris has lived and trained in Somerset, successfully exhibiting paintings locally. He enjoys using bold brush strokes and a limited palette to produce paintings which appear fresh and clean. His main inspiration comes from the countryside around his home but also enjoys walking and painting in mountain scenery.

Alice Howes - United Kingdom
I am 18 years old currently studying a foundation course in Art and Design at University College for The Creative Arts. Previously I have studied Double Applied Art and Design at A-level and Art and Design GCSE. Art has always been a passion of mine and I am continuing this on by taking a Degree next year.

ZeroOneArt Artist of the Month - January 2008
Neil Howson - UK

In the last year I have exhibited in York, Keighley and Saltaire, and sold commissions and an assortment of pieces in shops, exhibitions and on the net. My aim now is to continue my progress and refine my talent so that I can break through the international market and make my art my life, rather than a background hobby.

Jenifer Hurlock - UK
I look around me and marvel at the colours, textures and shapes that are visible to the naked eye. I recently returned to painting and my latest inspiration I found outside my back door. I have captured the beauty of my garden on canvas to enjoy throughout the year.

Nigel Ireland - England
Art and painting has evolved as part of my career through a mixed route of carpentry, engineering and interiors. Naturally inquisitive, I am self-taught. Most of my inspiration comes from the thrill of exploring new techniques and building on what I describe as 'happy accidents'.

Diane Jennings - England
I work in several different mediums including oil, acrylic and encaustic wax. I love to paint bright, bold paintings to brighten any wall and I also paint quieter, calmer, more relaxing paintings too!

Katharine Jones - UK
My style is monochromatic and abstract. I work predominantly with ink but also employ other media such as acrylics and watercolours. I love fashioning the colours black and white into shapes and sketches which eventually form a complete narrative on the page before me. My sketches come in all shapes and sizes, ranging from a few centimetres to a few metres.
